Arcadia Home & Living is a growing, design-led kitchen and bathroom company based in Fakenham and an authorised retailer of Siematic high-end German kitchens. We pride ourselves on creating bespoke, high-quality kitchens tailored to our clients' lifestyles. We're looking for a passionate and driven Kitchen Designer to join our friendly team.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Designer at Arcadia, you'll guide clients from concept through to completion, delivering inspiring, functional and beautiful kitchen designs. In addition to design, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships and secure new projects, contributing to the growth of our project pipeline.
You'll be responsible for:
- Meeting clients to discuss their ideas, needs and budgets.
- Creating bespoke kitchen designs using CAD/design software.
- Preparing detailed quotations and proposals.
- Managing projects through to installation in collaboration with our suppliers and fitters.
- Maintaining excellent communication with clients throughout the process.
- Identifying and following up on opportunities to grow your client base and secure additional projects.
About You
* Driven and proactive with a strong "can-do" attitude.
* Creative with a good eye for design, detail and functionality.
* Confident in communicating with clients and building relationships.
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects at once.
-Comfortable supporting business growth by nurturing client relationships and exploring new project opportunities, whether through previous sales experience or a natural ability to engage clients.
- Experienced in kitchen design with a proven track record of working directly with clients and using design software (training on our specific systems can be provided).
This role requires previous experience in kitchen or interior design – we're seeking someone who can bring their knowledge and expertise to the team from day one, while also being commercially minded and eager to help the business grow.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
