The Event Security Coordinator for the event season will be a key part of our Event sector structure, assisting the Event Director in staff assignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Improve client communication via email or telephone.
* Assist in onboarding new clients and managing their Before & After care.
* Support the HR coordinator in delivering proper induction to new staff members.
* Serve as a communication link for staff.
* Optionally work at events to increase income.
* Collaborate with the Event Director to understand client event requirements.
* Help schedule event personnel, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient deployment.
* Oversee the setup and operation of security equipment such as Hi-Vis vests, radios, body-cams, and control points.
* Assist the Event Director in developing and delivering relevant training to event staff.
Skills/Experience :
* Valid driving license and own vehicle.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* At least 1 year of customer service experience.
* Smart, well-groomed, and confident appearance.
* Punctual with a flexible attitude towards working hours.
* Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
* Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
* Valid Security License.
* Understanding of the Upload Security Policy and procedures.
