Our core purpose at Limbrick Wood Primary school is to ensure that every child achieves their full potential, and then more. In Early Years we want to ‘SEE’ every child - secure, engaged and excited. To achieve this, we aim to build their learning around clear routines and expectations as well as basic skills. There will be a focus on communication and language in all areas. We want children to feel confident with what is expected so they can gain independence and ownership of their environment. Once this is in place, they can use these skills to prepare for their journey throughout Limbrick Wood. Core learning is the foundation of our curriculum and we place a high emphasis on this. Being confident in reading, writing and using numbers opens so many doors and gives your child access to the widest opportunities in learning. No matter what ability your child is working at, we ensure they have the right resources, the right level of challenge and the right support in order to develop an absolute love of learning. We are seeking to appoint a level 3 qualified, creative, caring, highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Early Years team. The candidate must have a strong commitment to inclusive education, who is capable of working both independently and as part of a team in our friendly, dynamic and successful school to ensure all children reach their best possible outcomes.
