We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobile EV Technician. The successful candidate will deliver support, diagnostics, and servicing to our customers vehicles, as well as remote assistance to other technicians within the group. This is a mobile role based in Northamptonshire, with the vehicle stored overnight at either Northampton or Kettering.
We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills who loves what they do and is comfortable talking with and helping our customers directly either in the field or in existing Autocentres whilst promoting both the standards of IN'n'OUT Autocentres Ltd and satisfying the needs of the customer. Likewise, all servicing and repairs are to be undertaken to the highest standard and within a timely fashion.
Whilst field based you will also be expected to work as part of the Autocentres service team from time to time ensuring appropriate support is provided to the service and repair teams, thus ensuring both customer satisfaction is achieved, and multifunctional working/support is provided.

Mobile EV & Diagnostic Master Technician – supporting autocentres across Midlands and beyond
Field Based | Company Vehicle | Highly Competitive Salary
We are looking for an experienced Master Technician to deliver advanced diagnostics and repairs across EV, petrol and diesel vehicles.
This is a field-based role providing expert fault-finding, servicing and technical support across our Autocentres network. You will resolve complex engine management, emissions, electrical and high-voltage system faults while mentoring and supporting other technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Advanced diagnostics on EV, petrol and diesel vehicles
Engine management, DPF, turbo and drivability fault resolution
Remote technical support to workshop teams
Complaint investigation and complex case management
High-quality servicing and repairs
Customer communication and accurate pricing
Requirements
Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification
Strong diagnostic background
Autel (or similar) experience
Full UK driving licence
Based within commutable distance to Northampton/Kettering
