What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of service users’ needs and work collaboratively with them to design effective care plans.

* Prepare detailed written reports and maintain up‑to‑date departmental records to ensure accurate information sharing.
* Lead and participate in multi‑agency meetings to review and implement child assessment and plans.
