Overview
The M&E Manager will lead the delivery of mechanical and electrical design, approvals, and infrastructure across residential development projects, ensuring compliance, quality, programme, and cost targets are achieved. Lead M&E technical design, approvals, and infrastructure delivery for assigned projects.
Responsibilities
* Manage consultant tender processes and oversee production of design and technical information.
* Ensure compliance with statutory, legislative, CDM, and company requirements.
* Programme, monitor, and manage M&E works to meet regional and corporate targets.
* Provide buildability, logistics, and value engineering input during design stages.
* Coordinate utilities, infrastructure, and fit-out packages.
* Manage external consultants and subcontractors.
* Support land appraisals with technical input.
* Oversee Health & Safety, RAMS, and temporary services on live sites.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing M&E technical processes in residential developments.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and coordination.
* Experience with utilities, infrastructure, and contract management.
* Knowledge of water and electrical management plans.
* CSCS Card and SMSTS essential.
