We're looking for a Logistics Assistant to support the operational backbone of our fight against single-use plastics. Since 2010, we've been disrupting the status quo—building a movement of urban creatives who choose reusable over throwaway culture.
This role may sit behind the scenes, but its impact is front and center. You’ll help ensure our reusable products move seamlessly from warehouse to customer—on time, efficiently, and with minimal waste—supporting our mission through operational excellence.

The Opportunity
Working within a small, dedicated Operations team, you’ll support both day-to-day operations and strategic projects. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external service partners, taking ownership of key logistics processes while helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
This isn’t a passive support role. It’s for someone who takes initiative, solves problems, and understands that great logistics is essential to meaningful change.
Job Requirements
What you’ll be working on:
* Working within a small dedicated team, supporting each other with day to day responsibilities and strategic projects
* Managing inbound and outbound operations and escalations
* Responsibility for Amazon deliveries and returns
* Working with internal teams to manage inventory setup
* Building strong working relationships with our service partners to :
o Support the resolution of backlog and exceptions including system errors, transport delays, damages and returns
o Manage the warehouse performance and any non conforming issues
* Producing metrics reports and validation on service performance
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to anticipate service demand and operational resource planning
* Supporting the team in identifying, initiating, and implementing continual process improvement activities designed to optimise process efficiency and reduce cost
* Operating as the main point of contact for logistics - addressing logistics challenges and obstacles
Job Responsibilities
Must haves:
* Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Ability to analyse data to support business recommendation
* Advanced excel skills with ability to build reports
* Highly collaborative with effective communication skills and ability to both give and receive constructive feedback
* Positive energy
Nice to haves:
* Knowledge of managing 3PLs working with external logistics providers
* Experience of coordinating tenders and support negotiation for 3PL service providers.
* Understanding of end to end supply chain
