Business Development Executive

Join us and help define the future by tackling complex challenges. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll identify, develop, and execute market opportunities within our Cyber & Intelligence Operating Unit, reporting to the Head of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:

Support strategy development and customer growth across the Government defence and security sectors.
*
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and key decision-makers.
*
Develop in-depth customer insights to inform winning business strategies.
*
Collaborate with Corporate Account/Client Managers to strengthen customer relationships.
*
Manage pipeline growth, prioritise pursuits, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.
*
Provide clear reports to support executive briefings, marketing, and business development activities.
*
Lead regular New Business and Pipeline Reviews.
Requirements:
*
Strong experience in secure data, digital, cloud systems, and solution sales within government defence/security markets.
*
Experience supporting cross-functional teams to secure bids.
*
Solid understanding of relevant principles, concepts, and industry standards.
*
Organised, confident, collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills.
*
Ability to obtain and maintain UK Government Security Clearance (SC); Sole UK Nationals only.
