Team Leader - Authorisation Contract Type Permanent Working Pattern Full time Working Hours 35 hours Salary £43,982.87 per annum Location Options Birmingham with part of the week working from home Function Type Administration and Business Support We are recruiting for two Team Leaders to join Authorisation, one of the SRA's largest operational areas. Authorisation plays a key role at the heart of regulation, admitting and authorising firms and individuals, delivering the annual practising certificate renewal, and handling more than 170,000 applications each year. As a Team Leader, you will lead, motivate and coach a team of Authorisation Officers to deliver high-quality, timely decisions that support our regulatory objectives. You will take ownership of key processes within your area, driving performance against service level agreements and continuous improvement.
