About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is looking for flexible, term-time work.
Responsibilities include:
* Supervising classes across a range of subjects
* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring work is completed
* Supporting students as needed and reporting back to teaching staff
Ideal Candidate:
* Has experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential)
* Is confident managing a classroom environment
* Has excellent communication and organisation skills
* Is flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic
