Our client is a highly successful property firm with a with a diverse portfolio of properties, across Liverpool and Merseyside.
They now have an opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding Lettings team in South Liverpool. This role has huge potential for growth and career development and offers an opportunity to work within a supportive management structure, with a company who will strive to help you reach your full potential.
This is a varied lettings position, covering all aspects of the lettings process. From sourcing new business, arranging and attending valuations and viewings, managing the full lettings process until the point of move-in. You will already be successful lettings negotiator, highly motivated, and someone who has a natural flair for customer service and sales.
There is a real family feel to this firm, and this role will ideally suit somebody who takes ownership and wants to be an integral part of a busy lettings team, where they are a lot more than just a number or a cog in the wheel.
We are looking for an experienced and commercial minded lettings negotiator, who is now looking for the next step within their career.
Basic salary £19,000k - £23,000k.
You must be able to work every other Saturday plus 2 nights during the week until 7pm.
