The role of Chef de Partie involves delivering an outstanding dining experience, serving as a role model with a fantastic attitude, and working within a brigade of 34 chefs. You will be jointly responsible for the daily operations of your section.
In collaboration with the Executive Head Chef and Executive Sous Chef, you will help create menus for the 3 Rosette restaurant, utilizing the finest locally sourced organic produce, including award-winning meats, fish, and cheeses from the surrounding area.
