Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities

* Working closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget
* Preparing and evaluating tenders, contracts and variations
* Providing cost advice and value engineering options
* Maintaining accurate financial reporting throughout the build lifecycle
* Supporting smooth and professional client interactions
Quantity Surveyor Requirements
