As a result of on-going success and a number of key projects, they are eager to appoint an experienced Financial Controller to join the finance team. This is a key leadership role working closely with the Finance Director and overseeing a team of seven. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to support a fast-paced business with clients across the island of Ireland. The Role Preparing financial reports, management accounts, and analysis Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning Managing cost control, margins, and profitability Ensuring compliance, internal controls and robust financial processes Business partnering with operational teams and senior management Driving systems and process improvements Advanced Excel reporting and analysis Data processing using Sage and internal software tools Liaising with clients and suppliers where required Using Sage Line 50 for accounts preparation Supporting additional ad hoc projects and duties About You Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) 5 years PQE in a similar environment Strong knowledge of Sage Accounts Advanced Excel skills Excellent communication and organisational abilities Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines A flexible, reliable and proactive approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to take on new skills and support continuous improvement Why Apply?
