Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily logistics and transport planning
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to understand requirements
* Liaise with customers via phone and email to provide updates and resolve queries
* Use internal systems including Circle and a logistics calculator to support planning and operations
* Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Word and Excel
* Monitor schedules and ensure timely delivery of services
Qualifications
* Previous experience in logistics or transport planning preferred
* Good understanding of 3.5t and 7.5t vehicle payloads (desirable)
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook/email)
* Comfortable using in‑house systems (training provided)
* Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
* Good attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Rate – £13.45
Hours of work – 40 hours per week (7:30 am or 8:00 am start)
