As part of their efforts to raise the quality of private rented housing, we are recruiting Property Licensing Community Officers to support their property licensing schemes and help ensure safe, compliant, and well-managed homes for residents. Your new role As a Property Licensing Warden, you will be a key presence in the community, conducting ward-based patrols to identify suspected unlicensed properties and proactively address issues related to the private rented sector.
