Responsibilities
* Perform financial analysis, modelling, forecasting, and reporting to identify trends, benchmarking, and to increase financial performance
* Support cost-analysis of both landlord and service charge expenditure
* Track and determine financial status by analysing actual results in comparison with forecasts
* Effectively present findings and recommendations to Commercial Finance Team
* Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting in support of business initiatives and performance
* Aid in budgeting and expenditure planning processes
Requirements
* CIMA, ACCA - Qualified or part qualified
* Experience in the property industry with knowledge of service charge, lettings, financing and stat accounts preferred but not essential
