We are seeking a operative to work MultiSkilled Operative with AH Support Services supporting our clients in central london and home counties ,you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of general building maintenance, carrying out minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and joinery/door repairs. You will play a key role in ensuring our clients facilities remain safe, functional, and presentable.
KeyResponsibilities
* GeneralMaintenance:
* Carryoutscheduledandreactivemaintenancetasksinlinewithservicelevelagreements.
* Diagnoseandrepairminorbuildingdefectsquicklyandeffectively.
* Plumbing:
* Fixleaks,unblockdrains,replacetaps,andcarryoutothersmall-scaleplumbingjobs.
* Identifyissuesrequiringspecialistattentionandescalateappropriately.
* Electrical:
* Replacelightfittings,fuses,sockets,andotherminorelectricalcomponents.
* Conductbasicelectricalfaultfindinginaccordancewithsafetyregulations.
* Painting&Decorating:
* Prepareandpaintsurfacestoahighstandard,includingwalls,ceilings,andwoodwork.
* Carryouttouch-upsandminorcosmeticrepairstomaintainpropertypresentation.
* Door&JoineryRepairs:
* Adjust,rehang,andrepairdoors,handles,hinges,andlocks.
* Carryoutminorcarpentrytasksasrequired.
* Health&Safety:
* Workincompliancewithallrelevanthealthandsafetylegislationandcompanyprocedures.
* Ensureworkareasarekeptclean,tidy,andhazard-free.
* CustomerService:
* Communicateprofessionallywithclientsandsitestaff.
