Role Summary
As Senior Project Manager you oversee integrated beauty‑sector projects from brief to final delivery. You lead cross‑functional teams, ensure milestones are met, manage resources, and maintain strong client and agency relationships. Your proactive management keeps projects on time, within budget and aligned with business objectives.
Main Areas of Focus
* Collaboration
Build relationships with project teams (account, creative, design, strategy, production) and network agencies; serve as the project hub; nurture high‑performing teams; maintain stakeholder relationships; manage agency relationships and flag concerns to PMO Lead.
* Making Work We’re Proud Of
Lead triage on assigned clients, partner with PMO and Managing Partners for integration, engage in creative product discussions, ensure creative integrity in delivery.
* Day‑to‑Day Project Management
Manage schedules across channels, scope projects for approval, maintain project timing plans, handle resource bookings, deliver accurate documentation (SOWs, timelines, network agreements, trackers, status sheets, change requests), supervise status calls.
o Documentation includes Client Estimates, SOWs, Timelines, Network Agreements, Project Trackers, Master Status Sheet, Change Requests.
o Use platforms such as 10k FT, Workday, SWOP, and estimation tools (internal training provided).
* Problem Solving & Decision Making
Manage crises, make informed decisions under pressure, mitigate risks at project start, continuously improve processes with QA methodologies.
* Commercial Acumen
Understand client remuneration, maintain budget awareness, forecast overspend, develop commercial documentation, coordinate with finance on resourcing, participate in WIP, Revenue, Resource, Burn meetings, track burn rates and suggest reporting enhancements.
* Professionalism
Participate in core meetings, maintain documentation quality, be positive and solutions‑focused, champion creative work, promote Ogilvy’s workplace culture.
