Location: Elizabeth House Residential Home, Poole, BH12 4PX
Pay rate: £14.15 to £15.35 per hour + paid breaks
Shifts: Full time & Part Time available (including alternate weekends)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Night Care Team Leader to join Elizabeth House, a specialist residential and dementia care home overlooking Canford Heath Nature Reserve in Poole, Dorset.
Who are we looking for:
A natural leader in the caring profession! You should be able to positively impact residents' lives and inspire your team to excel daily.
You will have completed an NVQ2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and be competent in medication administration. Ideally, you are working towards NVQ3.

What you will be doing:
* Plan and deliver quality care to residents with your team of Senior Care and Care Assistants
* Support and guide your team during shifts
* Administer medication to residents
* Coordinate with medical professionals and families
* Ensure highest standards of resident care
