Teaching Personnel is working with inclusive Primary schools in Sydenham that value patience, teamwork and high expectations for every child. We are seeking committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join as Supply Staff from February, supporting pupils on a Temporary, day-to-day basis with opportunities for frequent placements within the same local schools.
This role involves working closely with the class Teacher and SENCO to ensure pupils with additional needs can access learning in a calm, respectful environment. Schools prioritise positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and a strong sense of community, and are looking for practitioners who share these principles.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Supporting EHCP targets and differentiated activities
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Assisting the Teacher with classroom routines and learning tasks
Contributing to a safe, structured and inclusive environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
