From the moment we get a care referal or engage a client for care the Care Quality Executive is at the heart of it all. They liase with the client to ensure that CURA can meet their specific need. The document everything to detail, formulate the client Care Plan that details and guides the rest of the business on what, how and when to do things.
Put simply you will be the face of CURA. Engaging with clients, family and social workers to ensure client outcomes will be met and carers are away of their specific duties including guidance on how to execute them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Adopt a Carer and Service User first approach in all that you do, continually looking to improve how we administer and deliver care in our communities.
* Carry out initial Introductory visits, promoting the company to successfully on-board new Clients, both private and council funded.
* Visit new Clients to conduct initial assessments
* Sell the company's service passionately
* Develop, formulate and deliver Care Plans
* Conduct regular reviews with Clients to ensure that their Care Plan is meeting their needs and update as required
* Conduct Supervisions and Spot-Checks
* Investigation of complaints
* Governance auditing
Background and Skills:
* Experience in Care Planning essential
* Previous experience in quality of care position would be beneficial
* Experience conducting Client Introductory visits
* Previous experience as a Care Quality lead would be beneficial
* Ideally SVQ 3 qualified
* Registered with the SSSC
