We are currently recruiting a Workshop Manager / Vehicle Technician for our client in the outskirts of Aylesbury towards Thame. This is an amazing opportunity for a Vehicle Technician who is looking to progress in their career and take a step up into management whilst also still enjoy being hands on, working for a a well-established, family run garage.
They are looking for a great team player, hard-working, and motivated to make the most out of their career. MOT Licence is advantages however it is not essential

Duties of a Workshop Manager / Vehicle Technician with our Client:
9. Managing the workshop of Technicians and allocating jobs
10. Carrying out Service Checks
11. Repair work
12. Carrying out Diagnostics
13. Undertaking Vehicle Road Tests
To be considered for this Workshop Manager role, you must:
14. Previous experience running a workshop
15. Qualified Light Vehicle Technician or equivalent Level 3
16. Confident and capable of carrying out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair
17. Offer support and help to your colleagues
18. Able to provide technical advice and carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work, in accordance with technical procedures
19. Full UK Driving Licence
