As a Programme Support Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations - supporting everything from project initiation to invoicing, and helping our experts focus on what they do best. This hybrid role can be based either in our Long Hanborough (UK) or Diegem (Belgium) office, with flexibility to work remotely part of the week. with a global reach. You’ll work closely with programme managers in the UK and North America, as well as independent contractors and internal teams across multiple time zones. Responsibilities Including, but not limited to: Issuing proposals, updating Salesforce, and converting quotes into projects Assigning resources and coordinating schedules for training and consulting programmes Managing invoicing and liaising with Finance and Credit Control on billing issues Supporting business development outreach and client communications Handling supplier requests and vendor setup Ensuring reports are received and projects are tracked end-to-end Administering client satisfaction surveys and maintaining internal databases Troubleshooting and responding to client and team queries Supporting enhancements to Salesforce and other systems Taking on additional administrative duties as needed Qualifications Experience in a dynamic, customer service-oriented environment Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders High level of proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to multitask and consistently meet deadlines A diploma in business administration (or similar) is preferred but not essential What NSF can offer: Make a difference: Support global programmes that help ensure the safety and integrity of the food supply.
