We’re recruiting for an Electrician to join our team! Contractually based out of Basingstoke, you'll cover the Aldershot and Basingstoke area. This is a full-time, permanent position working 39 hours per week, alongside participation in the emergency on-call rota. You’ll need to live within a suitable distance to attend out-of-hour emergencies within a reasonable time frame and will be paid at very competitive rates for the on-call rota.

The Role:
As an Electrician, you’ll perform electrical repairs and installations in our domestic and commercial properties. You’ll ensure compliance with all current IEE Electrical Regulations and maintain high Health & Safety standards. Responsibilities include fault finding on circuits and appliances, cyclical P.A.T testing, and electrical testing. You may also assist the building contracts team with programmed works.
Requirements:
* City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 + AM2 Certificate or equivalent
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and 18th edition wiring regulations
* 2391/4/5 (inspect & test) is desirable but not essential. Please highlight ongoing qualifications in your application.
* Demonstrable electrical skills including testing, fault finding, repairs, and installation. Experience in domestic or social housing environments is advantageous.
* Ability to work at heights, manual handling, and heavy lifting
* A full, clean current driving license held for at least 1 year to operate company vans (subject to checks)
