What are we looking for?
Essential
* Strong experience in business development, fundraising, sales, or partnership management(ideally in a charity, social enterprise, or mission-led business).
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills – confident in presenting andpitching.
* Creative thinker with the ability to spot and develop opportunities.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
* Passion for mental health, inclusion, and social change. Desirable
* Knowledge of Hampshire's health, wellbeing, or voluntary/community sector landscape.
* Experience with CRM systems, proposal writing, and impact reporting.
* Understanding of social value and ESG principles. What will you be doing?
