Office Manager with PA duties
Production
£35K FT or £45K for 4 days, pro-rata to £35K
Full-time or 4 days | 4 or 5 days onsite depending on working pattern
Must be free ASAP or maximum 1 month notice
We are partnering with a well-established production company, who are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to support the smooth running of the business and provide senior-level PA support to a Director.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys being at the centre of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring an efficient and professional working environment
* Visitor Experience: Take charge of the visitor experience by providing a warm, personal welcome to all guests entering the office - first impressions count!
* Health and Safety: Manage and enforce health and safety protocols throughout the office to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
* Act as Personal Assistant to the MD, managing diaries, meetings, travel and correspondence
* Coordinate office facilities, suppliers, and services - keeping resources topped up to ensure everyone is suitably fed and watered!
* Manage onboarding processes and inductions - being a point of contact for newbies and delivering a great 1st day
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in an Office Manager and/or PA role
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
* Experience within a production, media or creative environment is advantageous but not essential
