We are recruiting an energetic and enthusiastic Administration Manager to join our team at Glanmore Foods. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the full management and oversight of the Administration Team at Glanmore Foods. The Administration team is responsible for setting up schools, aligning to the correct logistic route, and ensuring the orders per school reach the production factory. The team consists of a Senior Administrator, Customer Service Lead and Order Processors. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager who will have the opportunity to take ownership of the administration function and embed efficiency and operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:Manage, lead and motivate the Administration TeamEmbed best practice in Customer Service Manage the setup of new schoolsManage the co-ordination of school changes, holidays and class listManager the school roll overs with the new academic yearOversee the preparation, printing and distribution of production sheets Manage the communication with key stakeholders on changes to productionEnsure all menus are up to date prior to deliveriesManage the Parent App and oversee updates to the AppBeing up to date on all services and provide support to schools on hot/cold food orders Coordinate school closures, with the schools directly and through the order system Oversee the Customer Service Ticketing System and SLA'sEmbed administration efficiencies, which may include technology advancementsAbout You:Proven experience in administration management, ideally within Manufacturing sector.Understanding of supply chain, production and logisticsExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience in Change ManagementExperience in system use and App ManagementAmbitious high performer with excess enthusiasm, energy and resilience Experience managing multi-channel customer service: phone, email, live chat, and social media.Comfortable making decisive actions in uncertain, fast-paced environments.Experience coaching or mentoring team members an advantage.About Us: Glanmore Foods is apart of the Compass Group, located in Blanchardstown, Dublin.
