As a Category Merchandiser, you will be responsible for developing and growing product categories. You will control a specific category, become an expert in that area, and use your knowledge and customer insights to drive sales growth, directly impacting the on-site customer journey and experience.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar e-commerce merchandising role (minimum 1 year).
* Ability to own category templates and visual merchandising.
* Analyze data to optimize results based on customer interactions.
* Contribute to the development of merchandising processes.
* Work with internal stakeholders including commercial and marketing teams to manage promotions.
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
* Strong tech skills with the ability to learn new platforms and tools.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
