Compensation
* $80,000 – $90,000
What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide technical support for business‑critical applications and assist users via phone, email, and in person.
* Troubleshoot application errors, performance issues, and system outages.
* Install, configure, and maintain enterprise and engineering software platforms.
* Support device management and cloud infrastructure within Microsoft Intune and Azure.
* Manage application health checks, system performance monitoring, and configuration improvements.
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and IT asset lifecycle management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement updates, integrations, and workflow improvements.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Experience supporting engineering applications such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, PLS‑CADD, FAD Tools, or ArcGIS.
* Familiarity with enterprise systems such as JD Edwards, Concur, or Kronos.
* Experience managing devices and users through Microsoft Intune.
* Exposure to Microsoft Azure environments, including virtual machines and storage.
* Ability to write SQL queries and support application data troubleshooting.
