We’re looking for an Engineering Shift Coordinator to join our team on Double Days shift at Mizkan Euro – Bury, home of well-loved brands like Branston and Sarson’s. As a key player in our Engineering team, you’ll: Coordinate daily engineering activities and lead your shift team to deliver maintenance excellence. Tackle mechanical and electrical issues head-on, keeping our lines running at their best. Monitor equipment performance, analyse data, and carry out diagnostics to ensure maximum efficiency. Lead daily performance and shift review meetings. Work cross-functionally to support production goals and continuous improvement activities. Deputise for the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and support wider site initiatives as needed. What We’re Looking For: You’re a motivated, practical individual with a strong technical foundation and a passion for leadership.
