Job Introduction

Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for people and learning? Join our dedicated HR team as an HR Apprentice Administrator and kickstart your career in Human Resources while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification.


About the Role


At Agincare, people are at the heart of everything we do. As a HR Apprentice Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our busy HR team while gaining hands-on experience and building the foundations of your career. You'll provide essential administrative support, help keep our systems running smoothly, and learn what it takes to deliver first-class HR services.This is more than just an apprenticeship — it's an opportunity to grow your skills, gain qualifications, and make a difference in a supportive, family-run organisation.What We Offer

* A salary of £15,704 per annum
* Full time - 40 hours per week
* A Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship (fully funded) to be completed over 18 months

What You'll Do

* Be the first point of contact for HR queries, managing emails, phone calls, and post.
* Organise meetings, prepare documents, and take minutes with confidence.
* Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and databases.
* Support diary management, scheduling, and team coordination.
* Assist in producing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Handle confidential information in line with company policies.
* Support colleagues and contribute to team projects.
* Develop strong communication and customer service skills when liaising with staff and external stakeholders.
* Work proactively to solve problems, improve processes, and develop organisational efficiency.


What We're Looking For

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Motivated, confident, and flexible in your approach.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn, grow, and continue personal development.
* Good standard of written and spoken English.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable).
