About the Role

* A salary of £15,704 per annum
* Full time - 40 hours per week
* A Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship (fully funded) to be completed over 18 months

What You'll Do
* Be the first point of contact for HR queries, managing emails, phone calls, and post.
* Organise meetings, prepare documents, and take minutes with confidence.
* Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and databases.
* Support diary management, scheduling, and team coordination.
* Assist in producing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Handle confidential information in line with company policies.
* Support colleagues and contribute to team projects.
* Develop strong communication and customer service skills when liaising with staff and external stakeholders.
* Work proactively to solve problems, improve processes, and develop organisational efficiency.
