As a Senior Care Assistant, we ask for you to care for our residents as if they were your own family, attending to their physical, psychological, and social needs. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and helping with meals. You will also be responsible for medication rounds and leading the shift.

About You:
We’re looking for kind and caring individuals who want to make a real difference in people's lives. You should also have:
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or care certificate (training provided, so these are desirable but not essential).
* Previous experience in a Care Home environment (desirable but not essential).
* Experience of leading a team.
* A committed and organized approach.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to work shifts.

Other Duties:
* Attend staff meetings.
* Maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing needs of the home, participate in training, and support staff development.
* Understand safeguarding responsibilities, reduce the risk of abuse or neglect, and ensure adults are safeguarded respecting their choices and control.
* Adhere to safeguarding and whistleblowing policies.
* Provide evidence of completed training.
* Comply with fire procedures and health and safety legislation.
* Complete all required training.
