Overview

Job Title: Recruitment Administrator. Location: Dorchester. Contract Type: Temporary. Hours: Up to 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, Monday-Friday). Working Pattern: Hybrid - with the ability to attend the Dorchester office 1-2 days per week. Salary: £13.50 per hour.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives on attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

You will play a key role in supporting our team, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an efficient recruitment process.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
* Answering phone calls and calling various stakeholders
* Assist with compliance processes, including right-to-work checks and onboarding documentation
* Input and manage timesheet data accurately and resolve any discrepancies
* Coordinate and request shifts with active workers
* Arrange and manage interview bookings and candidate communications
* Act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders and monitor shared inboxes
* Maintain accurate records and support general data entry tasks
* Help maintain internal systems and databases, ensuring information is up to date and accurate.
* Provide general office support, including document preparation and filing


Skills & Experience

* GCSEs (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
* Customer service experience with strong communication skills
* Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Teams and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
