The Role
As our Garment Technologist, you’ll be the technical heartbeat of the product journey — transforming design concepts into perfectly crafted garments. You’ll partner with designers, product developers, and international factories to deliver products that fit flawlessly, perform brilliantly, and meet world‑class quality standards.
What You’ll Do
1. Bring design concepts to life through expert technical specs & workbooks
2. Lead fit sessions, review samples (Proto → PPS → Shipment) & drive commercial improvements
3. Maintain grade rules across Men’s & Women’s categories
4. Ensure garments meet quality, safety & compliance standards
5. Build strong relationships with internal teams, global supply bases & labs
6. Troubleshoot production issues and keep timelines on track
7. Champion quality, durability & performance at every stage
What You Bring
8. 4+ years’ experience as a Garment Technologist
9. Strong technical knowledge: pattern cutting, fabrics, garment construction, measuring, fittings
10. Excellent organisational skills & ability to thrive under pressure
11. Confident leading fit meetings and communicating with overseas factories
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
13. Sportswear experience = a bonus (not essential!)
14. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
