Job Description
1. Oversee day‑to‑day site operations for commercial construction projects.
2. Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control.
3. Coordinate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.
4. Ensure compliance with project specs, timelines, and budgets.
5. Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and promote a positive jobsite culture.
6. Drive project completion with accountability and a solutions‑focused approach.

The Successful Applicant
7. 5+ years as a Commercial Superintendent (GC only, no residential).
8. Experience in Healthcare, K‑12, Higher Ed, Airport, or Government work.
9. Stable career history with consistent tenure.
10. Strong communicator with high accountability and leadership maturity.
11. Hands‑on, proactive, and able to maintain a healthy team environment.
