CNC Team Leader
Up to Salary £42,000 (including shift allowance), Bristol BS34, 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, alternate shift pattern working 06:00-14:00 -14:00-22:00, 25 days + bank holidays, company pension, parking.
Friendly, successful and expanding aerospace engineering company in Bristol are recruiting for a cnc milling team leader cnc programmer who would report to the Engineering manager.
Responsibilities for the cnc team leader cnc programmer
* Select appropriate tooling, program, set up and operate 3-axis CNC milling machines
* Support Engineering manager with daily tasks
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
* Ensuring a 'Right First Time' approach to all tasks and collaborating with the quality team to ensure part conformity and traceability
* Communicating equipment needs with Engineering & Quality managers
* Working continuously on process improvement strategies with Engineering manager/CNC programmer
* Support with NC programming
* Monitor tool usage and support with tool and CNC equipment procurement
