Daily Duties
* Work across all RIBA stages, from concept design through technical delivery and construction
* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and client expectations
* Lead the interpretation of project briefs and development of design proposals through to detailed design
* Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Coordinate design submissions and technical information, including drawings, reports, and specifications
* Manage project fees and invoicing, with administrative support where required
* Support the securing of new work and contribute to business development activities
* Promote the practice and contribute to positive profile and PR
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while leading small project teams when required
* Attend site visits and support regional project work
Ideal Candidate
* ARB:registered UK:qualified Architect
* Strong design ability supported by a solid technical understanding
* Proven proficiency in Revit (essential)
* Professional experience within a high:quality, design:led architectural practice
* Strong interest in large:scale projects, with the ability to manage smaller or multiple projects concurrently
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and lead small teams independently
* Excellent drawing, presentation, and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client:facing situations
* Awareness of the sensitivities involved in client communication and presentations
* Ability to balance competing workloads across multiple projects
* Demonstrable experience coordinating technical information and design submissions
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
