Mortgage & Protection Advisor Our client is a fast-growing, directly authorised mortgage brokerage seeking an experienced and qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their expanding team. They are looking for passionate, people-focused advisers to be based at their Head Office in Ilford, Essex, supporting clients with expert mortgage and protection advice. The Role Engage with clients to fully understand their mortgage and protection requirements. Provide clear, compliant, and honest advice across a wide range of mortgage and protection products. Support clients throughout the full home-buying journey, from initial enquiry to completion. Keep up to date with lender criteria, market trends, and regulatory changes. About You CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Proven experience as a Mortgage Adviser in a whole-of-market environment. Strong communication skills with a genuine, client-focused approach. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own pipeline effectively. Experience in Commercial Finance is advantageous but not essential.
