Parking appeals officer

Job Overview

Parking Representations and Appeals Officer (contract basis) in London. Responsible for investigating parking appeals, enforcing PCN’s, managing complaints, handling telephone queries, site visits, providing specialist parking advice, and assisting the parking enforcement contractor.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Investigate parking appeals and representations issued to the public
• Review and enforce PCN’s where applicable
• Manage statutory and non‑statutory complaints via telephone, email and post
• Liaise with external contractors and parties

Qualifications

Previous experience in Parking Appeals and Representations is essential. A full‑time contract role; suitable candidates have relevant experience.

Rate & Working Arrangements

£24–£26 per hour, negotiable based on experience. Full‑time contract with flexible working arrangements and home working opportunities.
