Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in KS1.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues and parents.

Rules and Responsibilities:
The KS1 Teaching Assistant’s duties include:
Providing support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Implementing targeted interventions to support students’ learning and development.
Assisting with the planning and preparation of classroom resources.
Supporting students with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) in their learning.
Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
