🔍 About the Role
You’ll play a key part in supporting live projects from the office — coordinating teams, handling admin, updating systems, and being the go-to for both clients and suppliers when it comes to communication and problem-solving.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate details for live installation projects, reacting to updates in real-time
* Keep internal systems and documentation up to date and accurate
* Communicate with clients and suppliers — providing updates, resolving issues
* Handle scheduling to support operational priorities and client expectations
* Manage incoming complaints with professionalism and tact
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in admin, coordination, or office support
* Strong multitasker who can prioritise in a fast-moving environment
* Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal
* Confident working under pressure and navigating difficult conversations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working with digital systems
* Someone with thick skin, a sense of urgency, and a get-it-done attitude
💼 The Offer
* Salary: £26,000 per year + performance-based bonus
* Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30 (early finish on Fridays possible)
* Location: Shoeburyness, Essex (SS3) – office-based role
