Commis Chef
– £12.21 Per hour
The Commis Chef will work mainly in the Courtyard restaurant, but may also be required in one of the 6 onsite kitchens, preparing, plating & regenerating banquets for up to 450 people together with other chefs.
o Hold relevant training certificate i.e. COSHH, Food Hygiene & Food Safety.
o Good planner & organiser.
o Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
o Experience of working in a multi outlet Business.
o Knowledge of brand concepts.
o Remain calm under pressure.
o Team Player.

Sales
o Control & minimise food waste throughout the business.
o To understand & support The Last Drop Village Hotel's commitment to Customer Service within the job role.
Quality
o To assist with the smooth running of the kitchens.
o Maintain standards throughout the restaurants.
People
o To undertake relevant training as directed by their Line Manager.
o The post holder may be directed by their line manger to carry out other duties & responsibilities in line with his/her post, grade, skills, knowledge & experience.
Health & Safety
o Awareness of COSHH & HACCP.
o To ensure compliance with the Last Drop Village Hotel's Health & Safety policies.
