We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing an excellent first impression of the company.
* Answer incoming calls with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate person or taking messages as necessary.
* Manage scheduling and appointments including online consultations, ensuring efficient use of time for both staff and patients.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems (Systm One)
* Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as required.
* Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Requirements
* Previous office experience and administrative experience is highly desirable.
* Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure.
