Role: Loading Shovel Operator
Location: NWH Group, Head Office
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: Depending on Experience

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Loading Shovel Operator, you will play a key role in our operations by:
1. Operating the loading shovel safely and efficiently across the yard and wash plant
2. Loading and moving materials in line with production requirements
3. Feeding material into the wash plant to maintain throughput targets
4. Completing daily plant checks and reporting defects promptly
5. Keeping accurate records of inspections and maintenance logs
6. Following all health & safety procedures and environmental controls
7. Supporting housekeeping and keeping the yard clean and organised
8. Working collaboratively with the site team to meet operational KPIs
What Are We Looking For?
9. A valid Loading Shovel ticket (CPCS or NPORS)
10. Experience operating heavy plant machinery
11. Strong awareness of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices
12. Previous experience in waste, recycling, quarry or similar environments
13. A reliable, proactive and safety focused attitude
14. The ability to work effectively as part of a team
