We're hiring a Customer Service Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support our team in Milton Keynes. You’ll provide essential administrative support to Engineers, Dispatchers, and Service Managers, helping to deliver exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
đź”§ Key Responsibilities:
* Process service reports, subcontractor orders, credit/debit notes, and invoices using SAP
* Raise and manage purchase orders and supplier communications
* Provide cover for the service dispatch team when needed
* Handle customer calls and maintain CRM data
* Prepare quotations for external repairs and PM contracts
* Support with timesheets, error logs, and general admin duties
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Proven administrative experience, ideally within the engineering or service sector
* Confident using SAP and Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
