A well-known and highly reputable law firm in Worcester is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (NQ–3 years’ PQE) to join its established and growing team.

The Role

* Advising on a broad range of employment law matters

* Supporting both claimant and respondent work (depending on experience)

* Handling your own caseload with supervision, alongside assisting senior lawyers on more complex matters

* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
The Ideal Candidate

* Qualified solicitor with NQ–3 years’ PQE in employment law
\t
* Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in employment law
\t
* Excellent communication and client care skills
\t
* Motivated, organised, and keen to develop professionally
