The successful candidate will contribute to product innovation, maintain quality standards, and provide technical expertise across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities * Monitor industry developments and consumer trends to support product strategy within the frozen food category. * Assist in the creation and refinement of products, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with specifications. * Define and implement manufacturing processes and quality benchmarks using appropriate technical methodologies. * Provide technical guidance to internal teams, including resolving product-related queries and challenges. * Work closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure raw materials meet required standards. * Support cross-functional collaboration with commercial and marketing teams on new product initiatives. * Contribute to continuous improvement activities, particularly in relation to product quality and production efficiency. * Undertake additional duties as required to support the wider team.
