Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality care and operational excellence? We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Service Manager for one of our clients, to oversee a specialist residential service supporting individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide professional leadership and hands-on management to ensure the highest quality of care and service delivery.
2. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
3. Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to all relevant legislation.
4. Oversee recruitment, staff development, performance management, and employee relations.
5. Manage service budgets, including capital and revenue expenditure.
6. Champion a culture of empowerment, dignity, and person-centred care.
7. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, commissioners, and referrers to identify new business opportunities.
