This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong sales and estimating expertise to lead a specialist team and drive business growth. What You'll Do: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Prepare accurate cost estimates, bids, and tenders to secure profitable projects. Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations to ensure long-term partnerships. Lead and motivate the civil sales team, setting clear targets and ensuring delivery against KPIs. Drive sales performance, maximising opportunities across civil engineering and construction markets. Provide accurate reporting on performance, forecasts, and market insights. Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities, trends, and strategies to strengthen market position. What You'll Need: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3 years management experience within sales, estimating, or a related field. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profit targets. Strong knowledge of civil engineering or construction materials. Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to read technical drawings. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
